Hi, I am Chance Loffredo. I was born on January 14th, 2008. I have one sister, Mikele she is 8, and a brother named Cole, he is 4. My dad is a disabled retired deputy who was injured while on duty. My mom stays home because I need special care. When I was born, I was born with half of my heart and I will need several open heart surgeries.
My family and friends are organizing several fundraisers to help fund my medical bills and monthly necessities.
